Aneury Rodriquez pitched a very strong four innings in relief with no hits, no runs and one walk for Escogido, but Aguilas got the win. Escogido leads the best of 9 series 3-1 over Aguilas.
MEXICAN PACIFIC LEAGUE FINALS
Obregon over Guasave 6-4
Brad Snyder was 1 for 4 with two strikeouts in Guasave's loss. Obregon is one win away from sweeping the best of 7 finals.
AUSTRALIAN LEAGUE
I've been in touch with Brandon Barnes and he just got back from Australia to get ready for Spring Training, and to spend some quality time with his wife and baby daughter, so he won't be participating in the Australian League playoffs. Look for my interview with Brandon next week.
No Astros played in the Puerto Rican or Venezuelan finals games last night.
