I forgot to post this yesterday, but frankly, I have never heard of this guy. He's not in my database. He hasn't played since 2009 and that was for the Pirates as a shortstop. Baseball America, my normal go to on all minor league transactions, has no record of Houston picking up Heredia. So apparently, at some point Houston picked up the 19-year old pitching convert and he got popped for PED's. Now you know as much as I do.
