Gonzalez originally signed with the Rangers organization out of Venezuela and played in that system for five seasons before recently coming to the Astros. He is currently playing for the GCL Astros and is hitting .250/.333/.313 over his first nine games.

OF Bob Gallagher (65)
A 17th round draft pick by the Dodgers in 1968, Gallagher was taken in the Rule 5 draft by the Red Sox in 1971 and then by the Astros in November 1972. In 173 games for Houston in 1973 and 1974, he hit .230/.277/.285 before being traded to the Mets in October 1974.
