I totally missed this one from over the weekend. Corpus Christi OF Leo Heras was placed on the 7-day DL and OF Marc Wik was assigned from Extended Spring Training to take his place on the roster.
Also, I am sad to announce that OF Justin Gominsky was given his release, and he intends to play Independent Ball. A wrist injury derailed Gominsky's season in 2013 and although he started this season with Lancaster, he was moved back to Extended Spring Training after only a few games. He was a fan favorite in his time with Tri-City and Lexington and will be missed.
