Beat the Streak, May 7

Jon Singleton drew 2 walks, but also went 0-2. So, I'm stuck in the mud.

Brett Phillips got the day off, so Baseball Mom was back at the start for another night.

Rip Noblin got half of a double down with Jobduan Morales, but Andy Simunic went 0-3. The same went for pacbellpilgrim, who got an RBI single from Max Stassi, but Ronald Torreyes was 0-4.

Jayne was the only person to rise from the ashes of all these broken streaks, as Tony Kemp came through with a 2-run double and Carlos Correa hit a single in the nick of time (it came in the top of the 9th) in Lake Elsinore.

Today, I'll go with Domingo Santana.

  2. Oops! I almost forgot. I'm torn, but I think I'm supposed to go with Jack Mayfield today. So I will.
