Astros Minor League Roster Moves/Transactions

In addition to the news that some guy named George Springer got promoted to Houston, I found a couple more transactions for today.

OKLAHOMA CITY
2B Enrique Hernandez was assigned from Corpus Christi to Oklahoma City
OF Robbie Grossman was optioned from Houston to Oklahoma City

LANCASTER
IF/OF Ruben Sosa was assigned from Oklahoma City to Lancaster

There was also this tweet noting that Telvin Nash was being assigned to Corpus Christi, but the transaction has not been posted on MiLB.com yet.
