  1. Duffy's easily the slowest guy on the team.

He's a third baseman that runs slower than the three catchers...

  2. What about Parades, Bogie, Shuck & Altuve. I know they are in the bigs now but in the minors, Altuve had 24 before he was called up. Now his success rate wasn't as great 24 out of 38 for 63%. Paredes had 29 with 12 caught for 71%. Shuck had 19 with 11 caught for 63% and Bogie had 20 out of 23 for 87%. That makes some of the good look not quite as good, when you consider these guys have put up those numbers in less time.

Hey even J. D. Martinez was 100% (1 FOR 1) (Tongue firmly in cheek here)

  3. Apply Astros Fan - For the most part I'm not including those that have made it to Houston ... editorial imperative, I suppose, but I definitely noticed Paredes numbers as I put this together. I hadn't noticed Bogie's percentage, though, so thanks for pointing that out.

I'm really impressed with Neiko Johnson with 16 steals in 42 games vs. Villar's numbers (now 30) over 111 games. Think what he could do in a full season!
