The Salt River Rafters are now 2-1 after a win over the Scottsdale Scorpions. Kody Hinze went 1-3 with a walk, Jacob Goebbert had an 0-4 day and Roberto Pena went 1-4 as DH. After Jason Stoffel went 2/3 of an inning walking 3 batters, he was bailed out by Josh Wall of the Dodgers organization who didn't allow any of Stoffel's runners to score.
Today, they play the Mesa Solar Sox at 12:35 MST.
