SS Jean Batista (20)
A non-drafted free agent from the Dominican Republic, Batista is in his first year in the Astros organization. He played in 38 games in the GCL and put up some decent numbers and was promoted to Greeneville, a move that seemed to have agreed with him. In 12 games at Greeneville, Batista hit .333/.348/.533/.881 with three doubles, two home runs and 11 RBI's. For the season, he hit .265 with a .397 slugging percentage.
