Aguilas over Estrellas 7-1
Brian Bogusevic went 3-4 with two RBI's, a stolen base and scored a run for Aguilas. Henry Sosa started for Estrellas and pitched 4.1 innings, giving up six hits, four runs, one walk and three strikeouts. He was charged with the loss.
Gigantes over Escogido 9-1
Jimmy Paredes came in to pinch hit and went 0-1 for the Gigantes.
Toros over Licey 3-2
*Anderson Hernandez was 2-5 with a double, two strikeouts and scored a run for Licey.
VENEZUELAN LEAGUE
La Guaira over Lara 10-0
Joe Thurston was 1-4 and *Oswaldo Navarro was 1-2 with a strikeout for Lara.
Magallanes over Margarita 3-0
Jose Altuve went 2-3 with an RBI, a caught stealing and an error (his 9th).
PUERTO RICAN LEAGUE
Ponce over Carolina 6-2
*Robinson Cancel was 0-3 with a walk and scored a run for Ponce, while Adalberto Flores pitched 0.2 innings and walked two. Rene Garcia was 0-1 with a walk for Carolina. Carlos Corporan came in to pinch hit for Garcia, stayed in to catch and went 1-2.
