RHP David Stefan "Bud" Norris (27)
At the ripe old age of 27, Bud Norris is rapidly becoming one of the grizzled veterans on the club. His 2011 win-loss record wasn't indicative of the improvement he made on the mound as he lowered his 4.92 ERA and 1.484 WHIP from 2010 to a 3.77 ERA and a 1.328 WHIP. The projections I have seen for Bud Norris for 2012 are (how can we say this delicately?) absolute horse hockey, IMHO of course. I look for Bud to build on last season, pitch more innings, lower his ERA and get at least a few more wins, depending of course on what kind of run support he gets (which is the true wild card in the situation).
