Jonathan Mayo has revised his top 20 prospect list for the Astros to include Kevin Chapman at #14. This moves a couple of people down and Ariel Ovando falls off the list presumably to #21.
Here is the revised list and here is the link.

UPDATED TO ADD ~
I meant to post this earlier. Baseball America has ranked the Astros organization as #18 out of 30 teams, up from 26th last year and dead last before that. To those who doubted me when I said earlier that I thought we were toward the bottom of the middle third of teams (i.e., 18-20), I gleefully and gloatingly say, "HA!" And to Kevin Goldstein who thinks we're still 26th, I say disdainfully, "Pfffftt." Here is the link to Baseball America's full list.
The good news is that we are, indeed, getting better. The bad news is that Texas, Oakland and Seattle rank ahead of us and the Angels are nipping at our heels. But I will take the good news any way I can get it.
