Sergio Escalona Out for Season

According to this piece by Brian McTaggart, Sergio Escalona will have Tommy John surgery to repair a torn ligament in his left elbow.  This will leave 40 players still at camp and bolsters the chances for Wesley Wright to make the team, particularly since he is out of options.  Fernando Abad would be another possibility.
