OPENING DAY!!!!

You just thought that Sunday's game between the Astros and Rangers was Opening Day, or maybe you thought the full slate of games on Monday represented Opening Day. But for me, Opening Day is today as all four of the Astros full season minor league affiliates take the field. The full schedule can be found here and can be filtered by league, major league affiliation, etc.

I will do my best to get recaps to you every morning of the previous night's action. The very funny, talented and insightful Buca Morris has agreed to help me with recaps again this year in a belated and futile attempt to help me retain what little remains of my sanity. I plan to travel to six of the Astros minor league affiliates this season with the first stop being Quad Cities in late April. At each stop, I hope to gather interviews, photos, video and more insight into who these players really are. I would be honored and delighted to have all of you come along with me on the ride.
