No future Astros, but two former Astros celebrate birthdays today ~
OF James Mouton (45)
Drafted by the Astros in the seventh round in 1991, Mouton played for Houston from 1994 to 1997, hitting .249/.321/.338 in 411 games. He was traded to the Padres in January 1998. He is currently an area scout in the Diamondbacks organization.
IF Tomas Perez (40)
Perez signed with the Astros as a free agent in November 2007 and played in only eight games for Houston in 2008, hitting .200 in 10 at-bats.
