Astros Minor League Transactions

According to Baseball America, the Astros signed RHP Yeyfry Del Rosario, a 20-year old Dominican pitcher recently released by the Blue Jays. In four seasons, del Rosario has compiled a lifetime 3.30 ERA and a 1.180 WHIP in 70 games (25 starts). This story from February indicates that del Rosario throws a low 90's fastball which is complemented by a changeup, sinker and a plus slider.
