*Daniel Minor was, unfortunately, the victim of a factor that is otherwise a good thing for Astros fans ... a glut of quality arms building up in the higher levels of the system. As a reliever, Minor simply wasn't able to get regular work this season. I wish him the very best of luck and sincerely hope that he is picked up quickly by another affiliated system. In any event, he will remain one of "my guys."
Could this mean the beginning of the end for Stassi?
ReplyDeleteI dont know for sure but i think theres gonna be a bigger move soon. I mean Pena and Heineman r hitting pretty good so far n its hard to bench a player when he is putting good numbers. Stassi's not hitting at all so the move is good. Nos Heineman can play more and so does Pena. I think Pena will succed n eventually be protected sometime during the year.
ReplyDeleteSure hate to see Minor go! They should have gotten him more innings! He has done a great job for the organization! Check his stats over the last 3 yrs!
