The past week was filled with too much non-baseball. But the minor league game that did happen for me was the best. Not the final score. But seeing so many of the players that began their year with the High-A Lancaster JetHawks. Many are now playing in AA Corpus Christi. Another two on hand have played for the Astros this year (Michael Feliz and Vincent Velasquez). Watching the boys learn and progress is what the minors are all about. I love being a part of the process, even if it is only as a fan.
