This post will be a quick rundown of the moves made over the weekend, which will also be covered in the next Astros Farm Report.
Also, in keeping with convention:
The Astros have been moving players back and forth to either Tri-City or Extended Spring Training as a means of managing their rosters. I won't be including those moves in this list if I believe that they are only being made on paper for roster management.
Congratulations to Jordan Jankowski! From a 34th-round draft pick in 2012 to the Major Leagues. You got your shot...take it and run as far as you can with it. We at WTHB have been blessed to track your progress through the Houston Astros organization and we are absolutely thrilled that you are getting your opportunity in the big leagues.

In addition, Nolan Fontana's contract was selected by the Angels. Fontana was the Astros' 2nd-round pick in 2012 out of Florida. Congratulations to Nolan as well.
