ARIZONA FALL LEAGUE

Surprise over Salt River 12-2
Do we really have to talk about this one?  They actually pulled the mercy rule after seven.  Kody Hinze was the only Astros position player to participate and he went 0-3 with a strikeout.  Jason Stoffel pitched 1.1 innings with one hit, one walk, a strikeout, a wild pitch and a hit-by-pitch.  Josh Zeid continued his streak of effective outings despite a wild pitch of his own as he pitched one inning with one hit and two strikeouts

This was the end of the regular season.  The championship game will take place between these two games on Saturday.

VENEZUELAN LEAGUE

Magallanes over Caracas 7-2
After two hitless games, Jose Altuve is back to normal with a 3-5 night in which he scored a run for Magallanes while *Andy Van Hekken pitched 3.2 innings with five hits, two runs, a walk and four strikeouts.

Lara over Caribes 3-2
Joe Thurston was 1-2 with a double, two walks and a run scored for Lara.

DOMINICAN LEAGUE

Toros over Estrellas 8-6
Jonnathan Aristil pitched 0.2 innings, giving up three hits, three runs and a walk for the Toros.

PUERTO RICAN LEAGUE

Ponce over Mayaguez 4-2
*Robinson Cancel was 2-4 with a run scored for Ponce.  Angel Sanchez was 0-2 for Mayaguez.
