UPDATE: OF Bobby Boyd has been promoted from Tri-City to Quad Cities, and the promotion of OF Jason Martin from Greeneville to Tri-City has been confirmed.

8/9 - RHP Kyle Weiland placed on the 7-day DL
8/9 - 1B Telvin Nash activated from the DL
8/8 - RHP Brady Rodgers assigned from Oklahoma City to Corpus Christi

QUAD CITIES
8/9 - RHP Andrew Walter activated from the DL
8/9 - 2B/LF Jose Fernandez activated from the DL

GREENEVILLE
8/9 - OF Alexander Melendez assigned from Quad Cities to Greeneville

Also, Baseball America reported that Greeneville OF Ramon Laureano, drafted in the 16th round in 2014, was placed on the 60-day DL.

GCL
8/8 - OF Jorge Martinez was activated on the GCL Astros roster. Martinez was in the Cleveland organization up until 7/25.

DSL
8/6 - RHP Saul Martinez assigned to the DSL Astros Blue Team

Also, Oz Ocampo tweeted out the latest international signing, Venezuelan lefty Javier Navas.

Finally, it appears that Greeneville OF Jason Martin is on the move (presumably to Tri-City), but I have not seen any confirmation of that yet.
