MLB Pipeline has been rolling out the top 30 prospects for each American League West team this afternoon. Here are the links that have come out so far. The Astros and the Rangers are in the top 10 farm systems and those in the top 10 will be revealed throughout the remainder of the week starting Tuesday. Also included in the Top 10 (in no particular order) are the Braves, Red Sox, Cubs, Dodgers, Twins, Mets, Pirates and Blue Jays.
