That's right! The Grizzlies are headed to the 'Ship for the first time in franchise history! Brett Oberholtzer's terrific start and some early scoring from the Grizzlies gave the team enough breathing room to weather a little bullpen storm later in the game. Now the Grizzlies head to face the Texas Rangers affiliate Round Rock Express for a best-of-five series starting Tuesday the 15th at 7:05 CST at Round Rock with RHP Mike Hauschild starting for the Grizzlies, Game 2 will be in Round Rock on Wednesday the 16th with the final 3 games if all three are necessary returning to Fresno on Friday the 18th. Fresno led the regular season series against the Express 3 games to 1.

And so it ends. The Hooks just couldn't string together enough hits to scratch together more runs. The Rockhounds scored all of their runs via the long ball as Francis Martes served up three homers in his four innings. Michael Freeman and Edison Frias were sparkling in relief. C Alfredo Gonzalez went 3-for-4 and scored the Hooks only run.Not the way we wanted it to end but I'm proud of the way we battled until the last out.— Aaron West (@Snacks_31) September 13, 2015
