In addition to the frequent flyer shuttle between Houston and Oklahoma City (Josh Zeid and Paul Clemens to Houston; Rudy Owens back to OKC), there were a couple other roster moves over the last couple of days.
RHP Troy Scribner was assigned from Corpus Christi to Tri-City effective 6/13. Scribner only made three appearances for Corpus Christi, the last one being on May 24th. He was 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA and a 1.200 WHIP in 6.2 innings pitched.
In addition, RHP Andrew Robinson received (in my opinion) a long overdue promotion from Corpus Christi to Oklahoma City on June 14th. In 20 bullpen appearances for the Hooks this season, he was 4-2 with 2 saves, a 1.89 ERA and a 1.260 WHIP. He walked 11 and struck out 32 in 33+ innings. Robinson converted his first save opportunity last night for Oklahoma City, stranding two inherited runners and retiring all four batters that he faced.
