There was another barrage of moves yesterday in Astros minor league land ~

OKLAHOMA CITY
RHP David Martinez recalled from Oklahoma City to Houston
OF Domingo Santana optioned from Houston to Oklahoma City
LHP Tommy Shirley assigned from Corpus Christi to Oklahoma City
IF Jio Mier assigned from Corpus Christi to Oklahoma City (note that SS Jonathan Villar left the game on Saturday with an apparent injury)

CORPUS CHRISTI
RHP R.J. Alaniz activated from the DL

Although no official word has come out yet, LHP Alex Sogard has confirmed that he was traded to the Diamondbacks, his hometown team, on Sunday. It has been reported that 20-year old 3B Cesar Carrasco will be received in return, but again this is unconfirmed.

RHP Gonzalo Sanudo placed on the 7-day DL

QUAD CITIES
LHP Blaine Sims assigned from Tri-City to Quad Cities

GREENEVILLE
3B Cesar Carrasco acquired from Diamondbacks for LHP Alex Sogard, and assigned to Greeneville.
